Purpose
The Accounts Receivable utility tracks incoming payments owed to the organization — monitoring outstanding invoices, aging balances, and collection activities.
Usage

- Logs customer invoices with amounts, due dates, and terms
- Tracks collection status (outstanding, partial, paid, written off)
- Generates aging reports for outstanding receivables
- Identifies overdue accounts for follow-up
- Records payment receipts and applies them to invoices

- Receivables register with collection status
- Aging report (current, 30, 60, 90+ days)
- Collection priority list
