Detect Tech Stack

Purpose

Scan any project to identify its tech stack and suggest relevant singularskills skills. Detects languages, frameworks, databases, CI tools, and compares against installed skills.

What It Does

1. 01

   Scans project root for config files (package.json, pubspec.yaml, Cargo.toml, etc.)
2. 02

   Identifies frameworks, databases, and tools
3. 03

   Checks which singularskills skills are already installed
4. 04

   Suggests skills to find, adapt, or create

Example Output

Tech Stack: Flutter 3.22, Dart, Firebase, GitHub Actions
Installed:  development, accessibility, coaching
Missing:    Flutter widget testing, Dart patterns, Firebase security rules
