What is singularskills
An introduction to singularskills, one pack of structured, domain-specific skills and workflows for AI coding agents.
The Problem
AI coding agents are powerful, but they lack structure. Ask an agent to "design a button" and you'll get a decent result, but it won't follow a design thinking methodology, audit for accessibility, or check brand compliance. The quality depends entirely on how well you prompt.
Teams need repeatable processes, not one-off prompts.
What singularskills Does
singularskills is one pack of agent skills that brings structured, repeatable workflows to digital production work: 283 skills across 16 domains. Each skill is a plain SKILL.md folder that any agent supporting the Agent Skills format can load, and each domain implements an established industry methodology.
Instead of writing a long prompt, you run:
/design-empathize buttonThis kicks off Phase 1 of a five-phase design thinking process: it researches user needs, audits existing patterns and writes a structured research brief. Each phase builds on the previous one, and its artifact feeds the next step. To run a whole methodology phase by phase, with a stop for your approval at each boundary, use the conductor: /workflow design button (see Workflows).

Key Concepts
Phases
Each domain follows a sequential methodology. Phases build on each other: you can't design solutions without first defining the problem. Gates enforce this ordering.
Skills
A skill executes one phase or utility. Each skill is a structured prompt that guides the agent through a proven process: what it needs first, what it does step by step, and where it writes its result.
Workflows
A workflow file puts skills into ordered phases. The workflow skill runs one phase at a time and asks for your approval at every boundary. Fourteen workflows follow a domain's methodology, and five more chain phases across domains.
Artifacts
Every phase writes a Markdown artifact to .singularskills/<workflow>/<project>/. Artifacts are numbered (01-, 02-, 03-), and each phase reads the earlier ones. Each artifact ends with its Decisions and Open questions, and a run log, .singularskills/log.jsonl, records each run and each approval.
Cross-Domain Integration
Domains are aware of each other. The coaching skills read brand guidelines from branding. Design references the accessibility domain's WCAG criteria. Marketing checks brand compliance before publishing.
Who Is It For
- Solo practitioners who want structured workflows without a team
- Small teams who need repeatable processes across disciplines
- Agencies who want consistent methodology across client projects
- Anyone using an AI coding agent who wants better output through better process
