Purpose
The Assess phase evaluates your leadership landscape — your style, your team's maturity levels, and the key challenges to address. This foundation informs all subsequent phases.
Usage

- Asks questions about your role, team size, experience levels, and challenges
- Assesses each team member's maturity and autonomy needs
- Identifies your natural leadership style and potential blind spots
- Prioritizes challenges to address
- Writes the assessment to

Output
Creates .metapowers/leadership/<team>/01-assess.md containing:
- Leadership profile (style, strengths, blind spots)
- Team member maturity assessment
- Prioritized challenges
- Recommended focus areas
