Phase 2: Vision
Define team vision, values, and the culture you want to build.
Purpose
The Vision phase defines what your team stands for — its purpose, values, and cultural norms. This becomes the foundation for every leadership decision.
Usage
/leadership:vision <team-name>Prerequisites
Requires .metapowers/leadership/<team>/01-assess.md from the Assess phase. Use --skip-checks to bypass.
What It Does
- Defines team purpose and connection to organizational mission
- Establishes 3-5 core values with behavioral examples
- Creates a culture blueprint (decision-making, communication, conflict norms)
- Paints a success vision for 6 months out
- Writes to
.metapowers/leadership/<team>/02-vision.md
Output
Creates .metapowers/leadership/<team>/02-vision.md containing team purpose, values, culture blueprint, and success vision.
Next Phase
After Vision, proceed to Build to structure the team.
